Police opened a criminal case on the fact of illegal crossing the Polish-Ukrainian border. About it reports a press-service of management of national police of the Lviv region.
The case was classified under part 1 of article 332 of the criminal code – illegal transportation through the state border of Ukraine.
This article prescribes punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term up to five years with confiscation of transport or other means of committing the crime.
