The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) has rejected the complaint of WOG AERO JET relative to the results of the tender for the supply of 14.1 thousand tons of diesel fuel, a company Trading House SOCAR Ukraine for PJSC Ukrainian Railways. About this on his page said the state Commissioner of the AMCU Svetlana Panayotidi, Oilnews.

“Considered on the merits of the complaint, OOO WOG AERO JET about the violation of the branch to ensure production of PJSC Ukrainian Railways (ESC) of procedure of purchase of diesel fuel. The applicant’s arguments were refuted by materials provided by the customer. In the complaint denied”, she said.

Earlier, the Antimonopoly Committee said that Railways had no right to conclude a contract with a Trading House SOCAR Ukraine about the supply of diesel fuel because of the appeal of the purchase of WOG Aero jet.

Daughter of the state oil company of Azerbaijan Trade House SOCAR Ukraine has won the tender of Railways for the supply of diesel fuel. The results of the second tender procedure for the supply of diesel fuel, 20 July, the branch of PJSC Ukrainian Railways, the Centre for the promotion of production (COP) has accepted the offer of LLC Trading House SOCAR Ukraine. The company intends to supply rail 14 087 tons of diesel fuel at the price of 17 700 UAH/t with VAT.
