The head of the company Ukrainian Danube shipping company (Izmail, Odessa region) appointed Dmitry Chaly, reports UNIAN.
According to the order of the Ministry of Infrastructure Dmitry Chaly from November 29 to perform the duties of the Chairman of PJSC Ukrainian Danube shipping company.
He is appointed “for the period to the decision of the Supreme body of leadership.”
We will remind, earlier the company was headed by Dmitry Barinov.
Chaly was the commercial Director of “Ukrposhta” in Odessa commercial sea port as a Deputy head for Economics.
Ukrainian Danube shipping company, the national carrier of freight and passengers in the Danube river basin and one of the largest transport companies in Europe. The company provides about 25% of the transportation on the Danube. The company’s fleet consists of several hundred self-propelled and non-propelled river vessels and sea vessels with a deadweight capacity of 3-5 thousand tons: six bulk carriers, one oil tanker.
