Yesterday, October 5, was arrested the company’s Director CHAO Ukrgazvydobutok (GWL) Vadim Mokhov. About it reports a press-service of Smart holding group, which includes groundwater.

“The arrest took place on the basis of a court ruling that the investigator of the Kharkiv branch of police GU NP in the Kharkiv region has provided falsified data that Mokhov had concealed from bodies of a pretrial investigation”, – is told in the message.

It is reported that on 4 October the investigator and the Prosecutor during lunch time came to the office of GWL and in the absence of mochov read the notice of suspicion.

Lawyer moss notes that the court decision granting permission for the arrest was made before the official announcement, Director of GWL suspect that is a gross violation of the PDA.

“Mokhov is suspected of committing a criminal offense in connection with the alleged failure to comply with the order of the State service of Geology and mineral resources of Ukraine for the suspension of special permits for subsoil use in the period from 28.07.2017 to 10.08.2017. Criminal proceedings initiated at the request of the former officer, who is now detained and is under investigation”, – stated in the message.

In Smart-Holding state that Mokhov all the time cooperated with the investigation, continued to serve as a Director of GWL, not changed his place of residence and work were available for all forms of communication.

“All of the above facts give reason to believe that unreasonable – in gross violation of the CCP and human rights – the detention of Vadim Mokhov is part of the system of power pressure on business of Smart-Holding and its shareholder opposition politician Vadim Novinsky,” said the company.

We remind that the Prosecutor General’s office reported about suspicion to the leadership of the black sea shipbuilding plant, the Kherson shipbuilding plant and officials of the state property Fund of forgery.
