Information from the Investigative Committee of Russia about the alleged international wanted list of a number of citizens of Ukraine, including the people’s Deputy Vladimir parasiuk, is not true. This was announced by interior Minister Arsen Avakov, reports the press service of the Ministry.
“Officially, I emphasize that, according to the records of Interpol, as of October 11, 2017 Parasyuk and other citizens of Ukraine appearing in Russian media publications, on the international wanted list are not”, – said the Minister.
As noted Avakov, Interpol, according to its Statute, does not consider the Affairs of the military, religious, political and racial nature.
“In connection with another provocation of Russia, Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine sent an appeal to the Secretary-General of Interpol, in which we stress the inadmissibility of using the Russian side mechanisms, the ICPO – Interpol for political persecution of citizens of Ukraine”, – said the Minister.
Today, 11 October, Russia’s Investigative Committee reported the arrest in absentia of four Ukrainians, including parasiuk, on charges of “attacks” on diplomatic institutions of the state-aggressor in Ukraine.
