The AVK company in 2013 was bought from a regional investment Fund Western NIS Enterprise Fund (WNISEF) 25% of its shares for $45 million, said in an interview with HB, founder and owner of the company Vladimir Avramenko.

“For 10 years we were together (with the investment Fund, – ed.) and out in very good numbers in 2013 gave to the Fund for their shares of $45 million,” he said.

According to Avramenko, in 1999, the WNISEF purchased a 25% stake in AVK for $8.99 million

Avramenko noted that AVC is currently continuing negotiations on debt restructuring with the banks. “In the near future we plan to begin to repay debts”, – he said.

We will remind, now AVK manufactures products at the candy factory in the river.

AVK main creditors are Sberbank of Russia ($80 million) and Prominvestbank ($60 million). Also among the lenders of the all-Ukrainian Bank of reconstruction and development and Raiffeisen Bank Aval.
