The Russian monopoly Gazprom took a consortium of banks to 1 billion euros for five years at EURIBOR+1,85%. The agent for the transaction was JP Morgan Europe Ltd. The company said in its report.

Also in November 2017, Gazprom signed an agreement on attracting long-term loan from UniCredit S. p.A. in the amount of 700 million euros at EURIBOR+1.95% and maturing in 2022.

Earlier it became known that the consortium of creditor banks, Gazprom entered Japanese Mizuho bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and the American JP Morgan. It was reported that Gazprom plans to sharply increase the attraction of debt Finance to cover the hole in the budget due to projects to build pipelines bypassing Ukraine and China. The total amount of these projects is about $20 billion.
