Former Vice-President of the USA Joseph Biden said that the 44th President of the United States Barack Obama to trust him on the issue of Ukraine, in which he was engaged on behalf of the then owner of the White house. About this politician said during a speech at the University of Pennsylvania on Thursday, November 16.

“The President is not easy to convey absolute power to the Vice President… the President needs a lot of trust to say: “You are engaged in Iraq. You do, Joe”, – quoted the ex-Vice President in his Twitter Center Biden on diplomacy and global engagement at the University of Pennsylvania.

Joseph Biden, who held the post of Vice-President of the United States in 2009-2017 years, repeatedly visited Ukraine with the visits and had regular contact with senior Ukrainian leadership.

The last visit of Biden to Ukraine as Vice President took place in January 2017, a few days before the abdication by the Obama administration.
