The Federal security service of the Russian Federation has completed the investigation regarding the criminal proceedings, illegally detained in Russia Ukrainian journalist Roman Sushchenko. About this in Facebook said his lawyer mark Feigin.
“The case against Ukrainian journalist Roman Sushchenko is finished. We examined two volumes of ten. According to the FSB, the novel was gathering information about the invasion of Russian troops in Ukraine”, – said Feigin.
According to him, at 11:00 will be considered in Moscow city court the appeal on the decision of the court on prolongation of term of detention Sushchenko until 30 November 2017.
Sushchenko was arrested in late September 2016 in Moscow. He was there on personal business. The FSB said that the detainee “is a member of the Gur.” Ukrainian intelligence involvement Sushchenko the Ministry denied. Later the journalist was accused of spying and arrested.
