The head of Generalitat Catalonia Carles Putteman, several members of the government and Parliament signed the “Declaration by the representatives of Catalonia”. It is reported by La Vanguardia.
The Declaration proclaims the independence of Catalonia, but the document is symbolic, the Parliament did not vote for him.
Pujdeme asked the Parliament to postpone a Declaration of independence for a few weeks, reports euronews. During this time, to negotiate with the official Madrid.
“We will start a dialogue, without which it is impossible to come to a common denominator,” said Pujdeme.
