Anthracite coal from ORDO goes to Poland and gets a profit from this, in particular, the leader of the terrorist organization LNR Igor Carpentry. About it reports UKRINFORM with reference to the Polish newspaper Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.
According to the newspaper, the charcoal of ORDO come to Poland through Russia, where he gets a fake certificate of origin.
Export to Poland. ORDO in the firm Doncoaltrade, was in Katowice in 2012. The Polish state register of its Chairman and main shareholder is Alexander Melnychuk, who for some time was the “Deputy Minister of energy and coal industry of the LC”. A shareholder of the company also had an affair zyukov – the son of former first Deputy Minister of energy and coal industry of Ukraine Yuriy sukova. However, one of the assistants of the Novel zyukov said that Melnychuk sold his stake in the company in 2014.
“Melnychuk sending to Russia the coal from the mines, which it controls, and persons engaged in kopanka. The bandits-the owners of coal mines sell anthracite at $22 per ton, while its official price on the border with Poland is $140”, notes Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.
It is emphasized that Russia officially interprets this coal imports from Ukraine. But Ukraine believes is contraband, because it does not control the border with Russia, and, accordingly, the exports from ORDO.
The publication notes that it is difficult to estimate how much coal is thus got and continues to get to Poland. The calculations complicates the fact that this scheme is difficult to recognize as contraband since the prohibition of exports from Ukraine only applies to Crimea.
The scheme of getting the coal from ORDA in the EU publication confirmed the Chairman of the East human rights group Pavel Lisyansky, who once was Deputy Director of two mines in the Luhansk region. According to him, every ton of coal that LC sold to the territory controlled by the Ukrainian government in his pocket Carpenter got 500 UAH. He believes that its share of the Carpenter is also from the anthracite exported to Poland.
We will remind, earlier it was reported, in August from Russia were exported to Europe about 175 thousand tons of coal, illegally exported from the occupied districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
