Shevchenko district court of Kyiv has opened proceedings against the security Service of Ukraine (SBU) in the case of software Stakhanovite.

Creator software Stakhanovite Mikhail Yakimovich requires refutation of unreliable information. Court hearing scheduled for November 10, 2017 reported in the Unified state register of court decisions.

Yahimovich filed a lawsuit against SBU on protection of honor and dignity, after the service that his firm is a threat, because the developers cooperated with the FSB.

We will remind, earlier the SBU carried out searches in the offices of companies Dragon Capital and the company and seized computer equipment allegedly due to the fact that there used prohibited software. In the SBU said that about 300 companies in Ukraine are using “spy” software Stakhanovite, the developers who allegedly cooperate with the FSB. In this case, the software company bought through the system, ProZero.
