A criminal case on the fact of desertion opened against 14 of the 73 released December 27 hostages from the temporarily occupied territory of Donbass. This was reported in Facebook Advisor to the President Yury Biryukov.

These 14 people are not covered one-time payment of material assistance pending a final decision of the court, said Biryukov.
Earlier it became known that the group released on December 27, from ORDO Ukrainian hostages have more than 10 soldiers who would betray an oath or otherwise cooperate with the militants. Soldier Alexei Petrov said in Facebook that the group supposedly has defected to his time in the military terrorists with a call sign of “Tyson”.
