Scientists of the Japanese company Vincross has created a robot Hexa, which can be controlled via smartphone. This is reported by NBC News.
This six-legged device with a height of 15 cm and 40 cm in diameter.
The robot is equipped with Wi-Fi, camera and sensor so it can move in a given direction independently “anywhere, even climb stairs,” say the developers.
Hexa programmed to recognize gestures and colors, and sees in the dark. The device battery is enough for four hours.
The developers plan to make the robot available to the masses – as long as the toys. It is already possible to buy for $500.
