The text of the letter urging international partners to increase pressure on the Kremlin in connection with the aggravation of the conflict in the Donbas and the threat of a humanitarian catastrophe.
In addition, Yelchenko said that over the past two days, Russian troops conducted massive attacks, using artillery, tanks and Grads.
As previously reported, the Ukrainian foreign Ministry also appealed to international partners and called on Russia to cease hostilities.
