Ukraine is preparing a number of claims to Russia in the UN regarding the fulfillment of its obligations. In an interview with UKRINFORM told the permanent representative of Ukraine to the United Nations Volodymyr Yelchenko.

“There are a number of initiatives which I do not want to name so as not to reveal all the cards in advance for our former strategic partner. But they (the Russian side – ed.) needs to be assured that their journey will be a lot of surprises,” – said Yelchenko.

According to him, we are talking about a whole range of issues. “The General Assembly has six main committees that cover areas of the economy, human rights, international law, information, and each of them, you can find a lot of moments that Moscow or violated or simply not fulfilling. Of course, this all would relate to aggression of Russia against Ukraine,” – said Yelchenko.

Earlier, the Deputy head of the presidential Administration Konstantin Eliseev said that Ukraine submitted to the UN Security Council its draft resolution on the deployment of the Donbas peacekeeping mission of this organization.
