For the first time in the ranking of the richest families in Russia according to the magazine Forbes included the family Shmulovich, which is associated with the President of the aggressor country Vladimir Putin. This was reported on the newspaper’s website.

According to Forbes, the combined wealth of the Nikolai Shamalov and his son Kirill, who is known as the husband of the daughter of Putin-Catherine Tikhonova, is $2.4 billion, which enabled them to 4th place in the ranking. Of this amount, $100 million listed as assets of Nicholas Shamalova, $2.3 billion – Kirill Shamalov.

Shamalov Sr. as a member of the cooperative Lake and a longtime friend of Putin, in 2014, came under Western sanctions. The basis of its state – 10.2% of the Bank Russia.

First place in this ranking, Forbes took the family of the founder of the financial-industrial group BIN Michael Gutseriev ($9.8 billion), the second – the family of a close Putin ally Arkady Rotenberg ($2.8 billion), in third place were brothers Alexei and Dmitry Ananeva ($2.8 billion).
