The national Commission, carrying out state regulation in energy and utilities, increased tariffs for services of the Central water and wastewater to 54 licensees. About it reports UKRINFORM.
The licensees were divided into two groups. The first took 36 of the licensees, the rates which have been revised for January-August 2016, For them, the weighted average tariff will increase by 9% from 9.86 UAH to 10.76 UAH per cubic meter.
The second group includes 18 licensees, where rates have not been revised for a long time or not at all installed controller. For such licensees, the weighted average tariff in 2017 will increase by 37%, from 9.18 to 12.54 UAH UAH per cubic meter.

As explained in NKREKU, the increase in tariffs is connected with increase in the minimum wage, the cost for verification in the private sector, changing energy prices and other factors.
