The Prosecutor’s office of Finland took a decision not to open criminal a case to people who beat the man who in August of this year with a knife attacked passers-by in the city of Turku. About it reports broadcasting company Yle.
Hrazdanian Morocco Abderrahmane Banana was beaten by the men after he stabbed passers-by in the Central part of the city. Then he was already in the hands of the police.
In fact, his beating had begun a preliminary inquiry to establish he violated the citizens the law.
According to the prosecution, the case was closed based on the fact that the beating was not strong, and Buanan’t got a tram.
