Consideration of the bill on the reintegration of the temporarily occupied areas of the Donbas №7163 should defer to the liberation fighters of hostages and decision on sanctions against the aggressor state of Russia. Such a proposal at the meeting of the conciliatory Council of the Verkhovna Rada was announced by the leader of the faction Block Petro Poroshenko Arthur Gerasimov, the correspondent LIGA.net.
“We support the position of the first Deputy head of the Rada on the need to hold further consultations on the law on reintegration to the approval of sanctions against the aggressor country and the release of our hostages,” – said the Deputy.
Earlier the first Vice-speaker of the Parliament Irina Gerashchenko said that today, December 18, at 12:00 will be held a teleconference on the release of Ukrainian hostages and to exchange you need to have further consultations on the bill on the reintegration ORDO.
“Please take this into account when deciding on when to put the bill in the agenda that was won by the Ukraine,” she added.
In his Facebook Gerashchenko said that the delay in project No. 7163 is not necessary, “but feel the time of issuance (for consideration) is necessary.”
“It’s the President’s bill; it is important that the edits have not changed beyond recognition of its essence, because, why just lay the prospect of a veto?” – stressed the Vice speaker.

Gerashchenko also noted that Ukraine is now working to release the hostages “and would like to see in the conditions when the other side is just waiting for leads, we still have work to do.”
“The law will be put on the agenda for the session and supported – I have no doubt. As for the time of the vote – let’s think a few steps ahead,” summed up the parliamentarian.
6 October 2017 Rada adopted in first reading the draft law on the reintegration of Donbass No. 7163. On 17 November, the parliamentary Committee on national security and defence approved the final version of the bill for consideration on second reading.
On 12 December, the UN stated that in the adopted in the first reading the draft law on de-occupation ORDO not enough definition in the protection of the rights and freedoms of the individual.
