For the first day of operation of the system of electronic petitions on the website of the Cabinet filed 195 complaints of citizens. This was announced today at a briefing Deputy Minister of the Cabinet Mr. Tytarchuk, the correspondent ЛІГА.net.
According to him, petitions are considered, 120 of them have been published, and others in moderation. Some of them refused with the explanation of reasons.
Tytarchuk noted that in order for the petition was considered, it needs to recruit 25 thousand votes within 90 days.
The head of the State Agency for e-government Alexander Ryzhenko reported that the development of the service was taken into account the experience of petitions, which can be served on the websites of the presidential Administration and the Verkhovna Rada.
“The service is modern and efficient, which shows the first day of work,” said Ryzhenko.
Viktor Lyakh, the representative of the East Europe Foundation, which provided technical and expert support of the project, added that the system has passed all stress tests, this took into account international experience.
“Our project is international, supported by the Swiss Confederation, namely the Agency for international technical assistance of the Swiss government. We have taken into account the best international experience, the best to date domestic experience, and therefore introduced a two-factor user registration system: a unique email address and unique mobile phone number. If a person has a digital signature, Mobile ID or BankID – these registration forms may also be used,” he said.
According to him, such a user identification system minimizes the possibility of falsification of the petitions.
Answering questions of journalists, Tytarchuk noted that the funny of the petition on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers has not yet been recorded.
