The Ministry of foreign Affairs has demanded from Russia to cease its intimidation of observers hmm OSCE in the Donbass. This reports the press service of the foreign Ministry.

“Once again demanded from Russia to cease intimidation of observers SMM, to abandon the practice of “closed areas” for observation of the OSCE and to guarantee safe and unhindered access of the OSCE SMM to all areas ARDLE, including to temporarily uncontrolled by the Ukrainian section of the Russian-Ukrainian border”, – is spoken in the message.

According to the published 6 Sep thematic SMM report, January-June 2017 on the territory of Donetsk and Lugansk regions controlled by the rebels, recorded the vast majority of grave violations of freedom of movement for observers.

The report notes that the death of one member of the patrol, the SMM on 23 April near Pryshyb (controlled by the militants) has become “the most serious consequence of all threats and risks faced by the observers of the Mission in such a dangerous environment.”

“System restrictions on the movement of the Russian hybrid forces applied when the CMM attempts to get on the uncontrolled areas of the Ukrainian-Russian border. During the reporting period the SMM was informed about 40 such cases”, – informs the Ministry of foreign Affairs.

The Ministry reminded that such actions of Russia are in flagrant violation of article 4 of the Minsk Protocol on ensuring permanent monitoring on the Ukrainian-Russian state border.

Both organizations created, funded and maintained by Russia, where, among other things, the terrorists are getting fighters, trainers, and heavy equipment, weapons, ammunition, and fuel.
