The foreign Ministry expressed protest in connection with the decision of the Russian court to extend the detention of the abducted in Belarus, the Russian security services Ukrainian Pavel Mushroom. This reports the press service of the foreign Ministry.

The Ministry noted that arbitrary contents of the Fungus in custody, the disregard of the Russian party of his rights, particularly in obtaining necessary medical care, meetings with parents and communication in their native language during a meeting with the Consul, is convincing evidence of systematic violations by the Russian party of the rights contained in the penitentiaries of citizens of Ukraine and the lack of justice in the Russian Federation.

We will remind, today in Krasnodar the court extended the arrest of Pavel Mushroom until March 4 next year.

24 August 2017 on the territory of Belarus 19-year-old Paul Mushroom was kidnapped by Russian special services, after which the man was illegally taken to a detention center in Krasnodar. The Russian authorities accused of “preparing terrorist acts on the territory of the Russian Federation”. Minsk ignores the requests of the authorities of Ukraine about the circumstances of the abduction of the Fungus.

October 24, the Fungus was found the Consul and said that the deteriorating state of the Ukrainian – because of the drugs that are prescribed by Russian doctors. Sister of Mushroom wrote an open letter to the Council of Europe.
