PJSC Gazprom bought 34,099% stake in the Latvian gas transmission operator Conexus Baltic Grid.

“The share in authorized capital of the entity before the purchase is 0%; the share belonging to voting shares before the acquisition is 0%. …. Share in the Charter capital of the organization after the acquisition – 34,09911%; the share belonging to voting shares after the acquisition – 34,09911%”, – said the Russian monopoly.

Also noted that the transfer of voting shares to the personal account in the register of holders of registered securities either on a securities account is a joint-stock company Depository occurred on 2 January 2017.

We will remind, earlier it was reported that Gazprom is considering selling assets in Europe.
