Gazprom continues to put Naftogaz account for the delivered on the temporarily occupied Donbass gas. This amount reached $1.3 billion for the entire period of occupation. This was stated by chief commercial Director of the Ukrainian holding company Yuriy Vitrenko, reports UNIAN.

Vitrenko added that Naftogaz does not pay and cannot pay these bills because the amount of calculations can be taken into account by Gazprom for the debts of the past periods.

He also said that Naftogaz of Ukraine will insist on the fact that the Stockholm arbitration court shall determine the volume of gas that Gazprom, starting in 2015 was put on the temporarily occupied territory of Donbass.

“Gazprom says that we should not take any decision on the volume of gas, which was supplied in the occupied territory. We believe that any calculation is the price multiplied by the volume, not knowing volumes, we are unable to say who owes what to whom… We ask the Tribunal to take a decision on volumes,” – said Vitrenko.

Earlier it was reported that Naftogaz expects to receive from Gazprom to $16 billion awarded by the arbitration in Stockholm.
