In the third quarter of 2017, the growth of the Ukrainian economy amounted to 2%. The national Bank of Ukraine (NBU) reported in the inflation report on the official website.

In the previous quarter, continued growth of investment and private consumption, said the regulator.

Industrial output indicators remained close to last year.

NBU reports that estimate the real GDP growth in the third quarter increased compared to the previous forecast (up to about 2% yoy).

The national Bank expects that in 2017, economic growth will be close to last year and 2.2% in 2018 and 2019, GDP growth will accelerate to 3.2% and 3.5%, respectively.
