Trial on case of former chief Commissioner of the criminal police of the land of Mecklenburg – Western Pomerania Heinz-Peter Handorf and former agent of special services Christina Wilkening ended. According to prosecutors, if the order Firtash was done, Wilkening could get from the oligarch €750 thousand
Inmates ‘ terms were reduced because of the fact that both have pleaded guilty.
It is noted that the investigation against Firtash has not begun. During the trial the representatives of the oligarch announced that they reject any charges, Firtash allegedly did not know that Gandorf and Wilkening actually civil servants, and thought they were lawyers.
