Trial on case of former chief Commissioner of the criminal police of the land of Mecklenburg – Western Pomerania Heinz-Peter Handorf and former agent of special services Christina Wilkening ended. The land court of the city of Severini condemned the accused to three and two years respectively. About this reports Deutsche Welle.

For seven years convicted of a reward provided to third parties secret information. One of such customers could become a Ukrainian oligarch Dmitry Firtash. At the stage of negotiations between Firtash and the German civil servants of the secret services of Germany have launched an investigation.

The prosecution said that only in the case of Firtash, Wilkening received about €420 thousand very defendant admitted that he personally received a €110 thousand

According to prosecutors, if the order Firtash was done, Wilkening could get from the oligarch €750 thousand

Inmates ‘ terms were reduced because of the fact that both have pleaded guilty.

It is noted that the investigation against Firtash has not begun. During the trial the representatives of the oligarch announced that they reject any charges, Firtash allegedly did not know that Gandorf and Wilkening actually civil servants, and thought they were lawyers.
