“Today we start to criticize, that if we are in September will not submit the budget in the Ukrainian Parliament. I believe that it is our duty to make the state budget for 2017 in September in the Parliament,” he said.
According Groisman, priorities in the state budget is the financing of national security, repair and construction of roads, and decentralization. “The issue of financing the defence and security within 5% of GDP – is the number one issue. We are also working on mechanisms that will allow us to create conditions for the resumption of the industrial potential of our country and to increase opportunities for international trade. The next position is decentralization. We will continue to strengthen the decentralization in Ukraine”, – he said.
