Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office will not be able to complete a criminal case against first Deputy head of the Migration service of the Dina Pimanova, as because of the failure of the joint operation of SAP and NAB in gathering evidence, the prosecution will not be able to fully assert its position in court. This opinion was voiced on air of the channel 112 Ukraine, the head of SAP Nazar Golodnitsky.

“Opened the proceedings, it was, but unfortunately, because of the events that occurred, we will not be able to bring it to logical end”, – he said.

Holodnitsky explained this opinion by the fact that the prosecutors studied the case and was its procedural heads, including himself, because of the failure of the special operation on identification of large-scale criminal scheme will not be able to prove it in court.

November 29 2017 at HMS, said that the detained agent NABS suspected attempt to bribe the first Deputy Minister Dina Emahool. NABOO called the charges untrue. 6 December Pimanova is on vacation, as “because of the situation with the attempt of transfer of a bribe by an agent of the National anti-corruption Bureau,” she allegedly worsened health.

The head of GPU, Yury Lutsenko said that he would support the charge against Emahool if SAP will see to base.
