During the anti-government protests in Tehran, police detained 200 protesters. Reported by Deutsche Welle, citing Deputy Governor Ali Asghar of Nasserbakht.
According to Nasserbakht, among the detainees – 40 “the leaders of the illegal Assembly.” So the Iranian authorities are called anti-government protests that have continued in the country for the fourth day in a row.

Earlier it was reported that Iranian authorities have blocked the social network Instagram and the app messaging of Telegram because of the protests. The founder of the messenger Telegram Pavel Durov said in his Twitter that access to it was blocked after a public refusal on the request of the Iranian Minister of Azari Jahromi to block the protest Amadnews channel with over a million subscribers and “other peaceful channels of protest”.
