In Paris during a demonstration against presidential candidates of France marine Le Pen and Emmanuel Macron, the police used tear gas. About it reports Reuters.

According to the report, about 500 pupils of the senior classes took part in the March in Central Paris. At some point, young people began to throw bottles. After that, the police had to use tear gas.

The police also used gas against the protesters in Rennes, where almost two thousand students in secondary schools and universities and the extreme left activists held a demonstration.

“We are calling for action against far-right candidate marine Le Pen and the candidate of big capital of Emmanuel Macron,” said the Union leader UNL-SD Giuseppe Aviles.

As previously reported, the leader of the party Forward! Emmanuel macron, and the National front leader, marine Le Pen reached the second round of presidential elections in France.
