Russian blogger Ruslan Sokolovsky, arrested for playing Pokemon Go in the temple, demand to be 3.5 years in a General regime colony. On this day, April 28, in the trial in Yekaterinburg, said the prosecution, according to local information resource E1.RU.

The lawyer of the defendant Alexey Bashmakov in your Facebook said that the prosecution excluded the episode with a video catching the pokemon in the Church, which was originally qualified as “insulting the feelings of believers.”

The Prosecutor declared that “public danger of actions Sokolowski, despite the seeming harmlessness,… extremely high” and “the fix” blogger “is impossible without real punishment.”

The defendant denies his guilt. “I don’t consider myself an extremist. I may be an idiot, but I’m not an extremist,” he said in the meeting.

As noted by the media, today’s meeting in the case of the Sokolov – the last before the sentencing. According to Bashmakova, the judge refused to hold a re-examination, admitting all evidence of “acceptable”.

In August 2016 Sokolowski published in YouTube a video in which he plays Pokemon Go in the Ekaterinburg Temple-on-Blood. 3 Sep blogger was arrested and charged with “insulting religious feelings”, “provoking hatred” and “illicit trafficking of special means of secret obtaining information” (in the search of his home allegedly found a “spy pen”). According to the lawyer, Sokolov is charged with 16 counts of crimes.
