Lawyer Andrew sabinina was not allowed to the Ukrainian Pavel Mushroom in the remand prison of the FSB in Krasnodar (Russia). About this human rights activist wrote on his page in Facebook.

“Prison has not broken, he said it was difficult”, – he wrote.

Later, the lawyer said that he was not allowed to the arrested Ukrainian, because he was not its advocate.

“Should obtain from the investigator a permit. This law does not, because under the Criminal code for the first date on which the attorney should obtain the consent of the defense, this is not necessary,” said Sabinin, reports Radio Liberty.

He also added that he will try to get to the Mushroom next week, as weekend jail is not working.

Earlier today, the interior Ministry of Belarus said that he had not detained the citizen of Ukraine of the Fungus.

On 7 September, the Ukrainian foreign Ministry confirmed that the missing in Belarus a Ukrainian Pavel Grib is in jail Russian Krasnodar, he is accused of terrorism.
