In St. Petersburg metro stations Nevskiy prospect and Gorkovskaya was closed because of the smoke. It is reported by Fontanka.

The press service of metro reported that the smoke from the fire in the mine was delayed in the tunnel between stations.

According to city emergency management, the fire occurred at a depth of about 90 meters underground in the mine on fire debris. The fire was extinguished before arrival of firefighters.

In the stations any emergency situations from happening, passengers were evacuated and included additional ventilation, as the smell of burning.

“The danger to passengers is not” – said the press service of the subway.

December 29 morning, the bus drove to a stop on the North-West of Moscow, injuring people.

In St. Petersburg was closed two metro stations because of the smoke 29.12.2017
