The source of Kommersant in Kiev allegedly reported that President Poroshenko has warned Putin: if the occupied territories will not extinguish debts for the electric power, the supply will be discontinued.

“As with previous telephone conversation Putin and Poroshenko, the parties did not disclose the fact of communication of the presidency, not to give the opponents of Poroshenko too much reason to accuse him of “unpatriotic behavior” and dealing with “the leader of the country-an aggressor”, – is told in the note of the newspaper.
