Former co-owner of PrivatBank Igor Kolomoisky filed a lawsuit against new York-based global consulting firm AlixPartners regarding her work with the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) regarding the nationalization of financial institutions. About it writes Reuters.
According to reports, the claim Kolomoisky filed in London’s High court on November 20.
It is also through the representative expressed disappointment that his earlier confidants, AlixPartners, decided to act against its interests.
Before AlixPartners, the company began work on the regulator, it received the confidential information confidential for Kolomoisky, said the businessman.
In a separate statement, the consultant Gabara Strategies on behalf of lawyers Kolomoisky said that the work AlixPartners for PrivatBank and the NBU are clearly hostile to Kolomoisky as a former shareholder of the financial institution.
Now Kolomoisky is looking for ways to ban AlixPartners work with the Bank or PrivatBank, as well as to terminate their contracts with third parties in the Bank.
