Kyivstar has implemented the recommendations of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and reduced the cost of outgoing calls to subscribers of fixed communication. About it reports a press-service AMKU.
Earlier the Antimonopoly Committee recommended that Kyivstar to create a separate tariff plans in which the cost of outgoing calls to fixed-line numbers would be equal to the cost of outgoing calls to its own subscribers. The AMC also noted that the actions of Kyivstar, contain elements of abuse of dominant position by imposing tariffs on economically unreasonable level.
Kyivstar announced the Antimonopoly Committee on the implementation of recommendations, namely on changes in the conditions for granting and connection of tariff plans comfort, Comfort + and Ultracomfort.
Decree of 24 April 2017. Kyivstar found that the cost of outgoing calls to these tariff plans to subscribers of other mobile operators and fixed line subscribers ‘ numbers within 30 minutes is 16 kopecks/min, and beyond this time – 74 kopecks/minute.
