The presidential candidate of France’s National front, marine Le Pen may have caused to the European Parliament, the damage amounting to about €5 million. it is reported BBC citing sources in the EU.
According to a report in the European Parliament suspect that the funds were received by aides of the National front, which actually did not work at MEPs, and was engaged in party work in France.
Earlier it was reported that the national front is on the case of fictitious jobs in the European Parliament.
Also, the Paris Prosecutor’s office against the National front initiated a preliminary investigation on the fact of creating fictitious jobs in the regional Council of Nord-Pas-de-Calais in the North of France.
