The bill provides for the establishment of a legally sound and binding requirements for video recording of judicial decisions on search and of the inadmissibility of such decision without a lawyer.

It is also anticipated that prohibition of removal of original financial documents, servers, computers, and phone numbers of entrepreneurs in the searches and video recording of such searches. Prohibited groundless opening of the same cases and imposed liability on law enforcement officers for misconduct in relation to entrepreneurs.

On the eve of bill No. 7275 unanimously supported by the relevant Committee of the Verkhovna Rada.

We will remind, in September in Kiev held a meeting with participation of President of Ukraine, Prime Minister, MPs and the leadership of the Prosecutor General. One of the initiatives announced during the meeting was the initiative of “Mask-show stop”. Its initiators called for an end to the phenomenon of the pressure of law enforcement bodies on business.
