German Chancellor Angela Merkel and President of the aggressor country of Russia Vladimir Putin discussed by telephone the unilateral decision of the Kremlin on the withdrawal of the Russian officers from the Joint center for control and coordination of the ceasefire regime in the Donbass. About it reports a press-service of the Kremlin.

“Merkel was interested in the reasons for the withdrawal of the Russian officers of the composition SCCC”, – stated in the message.

Explaining the decision to withdraw troops from SCCC, Putin said that the Ukrainian authorities allegedly “for a long time through various restrictions and provocations deliberately difficult conditions of stay” of the Russian officers, why he decided to stop their activities.

It is noted that they agreed to try to return the Russian observers in this structure in the Donbass. In addition, the report said that they discussed the exchange of prisoners.
