The deal on Iran’s nuclear program is not a bilateral agreement, so one of the parties can annul it, said EU high representative for foreign Affairs and security policy Federica Mogherini, commenting on the new strategy of the US White house on Iran. About it reports a press-service of the European service for external Affairs.

The Iran deal “is not a bilateral agreement, it does not belong to any country, nor can any one country to stop it,” said Mogherini. According to her, “this is a robust deal” that works. “We can’t afford to stop,” added Mogherini.

The representative of the EU noted that Iran is fully complying with the terms of the agreement. “There were no breaches of obligations included in the agreement. This transaction has prevented, impeded, and will continue to let Iran develop nuclear weapons,” – said Mogerini.

The report said that the European Union along with the rest of the international community continues to fully support the nuclear deal between Iran and full and strict compliance with all its provisions by all parties, said EU high representative.

Yesterday it was reported that the President of the United States Donald trump refused to continue the certification of the international nuclear deal with Iran.

After that, the state Department spokesman Heather Nauert said that the US is not out of the nuclear deal with Iran, but adds a new approach to the assessment of terrorist activities in this country.
