Global economic growth in 2018 will amount to 3.2%. This forecast was published by the international rating Agency Moody’s.

In 2016 the world economy grew by 2.5%. The weather report said that in 2017 and 2019 the growth will be 3.1%.

It is expected that growth in the G20 countries will be about 2% in the 2017-2019 biennium. compared with growth of 1.5% in 2016.

The economies of developing countries will increase in 2017 by 5%, in 2018 – 5.4%, in 2019 – 5.3%. Last year, the growth amounted to 4.4%.

“Overall, our forecast is more positive than in the previous year. Despite the fact that there is still uncertainty about trade policies and political risks, these risks are decreased,” – said the representative of Moody’s Elena Duggar.
