International rating Agency Moody’s upgraded the ratings of Kyiv and Kharkiv.
As reported on the official website, the rating of Kharkiv upgraded from Саа3 to saa2. The rating Outlook has improved (from “stable” to “positive”).
The rating of Kiev increased with Sa up to Саа3, the rating Outlook also changed from “stable” to “positive.”
This action follows the upgrade of Ukraine in the Ukrainian and foreign currencies to Caa2 from Caa3 and a higher Outlook from “stable” to “positive.”
The Agency announced about increase of ratings of Ukraine on August 26. The main factors of increase was the impact of structural reforms in Ukraine and improvement of positions in foreign markets.
Then Moody’s upgraded the ratings of six Ukrainian banks.
