The National anti-corruption Bureau has clarified in which cases the Bureau will verify the information, specified officials in electronic declarations. About it reports a press-service of NABOO.

In a statement, the NAB noted that the test declarations on the subject of illicit enrichment or entering into them of false data is the responsibility of the National Agency for prevention of corruption.

NABOO has the right to join the audit information in some cases. Namely:

– on appeal the NACP;

– in response to media publications about facts of illegal enrichment of the declarants or submission of knowingly false data;

in the case of identifying information that may indicate illicit enrichment or introducing obviously false data involved in productions that are investigating the detectives NAB.

The Bureau also said that if they revealed the facts of illegal enrichment of persons untried NABOO, the criminal case against such persons will be engaged in other law enforcement agencies.
