Solomensky district court of Kyiv gave the detectives of the National anti-corruption Bureau (NAB) access to original documents of PJSC Ukrainian Railways for the purchase of diesel fuel was announced at the end of 2015. This is reported Nashi Groshi citing a decision of the respective court from 9 August.
NABU claim that officials of the branch to ensure production (TSOP) Railways have increased the purchase price that caused damage to the enterprise.
The expected value of this procurement has been set at 2.17 billion UAH, the volume of fuel purchases 100 000 t. the Winner of the tender was WOG Aero jet which has signed contracts totaling UAH 1.4 billion.

In the text of the court decision stated that in April 2016 the detectives NAB on the basis of the decision of the investigating judge seized the necessary documents to Ukrzaliznytsia. After that, in April and may, the railway company entered into a supplemental agreement, which increased the cost of fuel with 13 959 16 699,98 UAH to UAH for ton (by 19.63%) and 13 959 UAH to 17 UAH per 179,98 t (23,07%) of certain contract prices.
Therefore, the detectives NAB petitioned for permission for withdrawal of originals of all documentation relating to the above purchase, because of the threat of their destruction or alteration as well as illegal actions of the TSOP uz have repeated and systematic nature.
Recall, WOG Aero jet enters the group of the continuum of the deceased people’s Deputy Igor Yeremeyev and in recent years had a monopoly of the fuel tenders of Railways.
