The national Agency for prevention of corruption requests the High Council of justice to bring to disciplinary responsibility of the judge of Pechersky district court of Kiev Svetlana Smyk and Darnitskiy district court of Kyiv Maria Sklenka. This is stated in the press service of the NACP.

“Relevant disciplinary complaints aimed at the fact that these judges are not always properly follow the requirements of the legislation during consideration of cases on administrative offenses, particularly in cases according to the materials of the National Agency the results of the analysis of the reports of political parties about the assets, income, expenses and obligations of financial character”, – is told in the message.

The judge Smyk repeatedly closed administrative proceedings in connection with absence in actions of responsible persons of the political party of the offence in connection with the expiration of the term or have decided to return the case materials for completion.

Judge Sklenka heard the case against the chief accountant of the political party Svoboda Jaroslav Plesaca and five times to reschedule a meeting resulting in the state budget was not appropriated 2,3 million UAH.
