Seven of the 113-year-proven electronic declarations discovered possible signs of a crime. About it reports a press-service of the NACP.

We are talking about a crime, provided for by article 366-1 (declaring false information) of the criminal code.

Insights on seven returns which discovered the breach, reported to law enforcement agencies, reported in the NACP.

In particular, we are talking about the declarations of the Deputy mayor of Cherkasy Sergey Gora, the chief of investigative management of financial investigations of GU GFS in Dnipropetrovsk region Dmitry Nacionalnogo, mayor of Pokrovsk (red army), Donetsk region, Ruslan Trebuscica, a former judge, Krasnoluchsky city court of Lugansk region Evgeniya Samoylenko, the Prosecutor of Mukachevo local Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region Andrey Zapotichnoho and the people’s Deputy Sergey Dunayev.

The Agency recalled that the violations involve a penalty from 2,5 thousand to 3 thousand non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens or by public work for a term of 150 to 240 hours, or deprivation of liberty for a term up to 2 years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to 3 years.

Earlier in November 2017, the former head of the financial control Department NACP Anna Solomatina said that of the 1.5 million e-declarations to the Agency at the moment, checked only 91, most of which – Declaration of the heads of village councils, not the top officials.
