The national Agency for countering corruption shall suspend access to the system of electronic Declaration until 1 September. As the press service of the NACP, today’s decision took effect.
“The official website of NACP suspended access to the electronic Declaration system. The system will start working in full from September 1, 2016″, – stated in the message.
In NACP noted that the declarants who have already filed the necessary documents, should verify the contents of their submissions until September 1. The documents presented by declarants using electronic systems of remote identification, are valid.
Declarants who have registered with the electronic systems of remote identification, after the entry into force of the decision NACP needs to obtain the private key and the reinforced certificate of the open key of electronic digital signature, said the Agency.
August 12 the state service of special communication denied certification. At midnight on 15 August 2016, the NACP launched the system of electronic Declaration without certification, the State special communication service, which means the defective system start-up. August 18, President Petro Poroshenko said that the State in conjunction with the United Nations development Programme should further develop the first three modules of the system software of the electronic Declaration until August 31.
August 19, Deputy Anton Gerashchenko at a press conference said that supposedly some hackers broke into the system of e-Declaration by placing in the base of the fake declarations the Declaration of a member of the NACP Ruslana’s Ryaboshapko.
