At an extraordinary meeting of the National Agency for prevention of corruption was adopted a decision about the direction of the court the Protocol on an administrative offense according to the Director of the National anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine Artem Sytnik. About it reports a press-service of the NACP.

The Protocol was made for failure to comply with the legal requirements of the National Agency. Being the Director of the National anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine, Sytnik, in violation of part four of article 12 of the law on prevention of corruption provided the violation of the statutory period requested in the letter of the National Agency of August 18, 2017 No. 41-10 / 33202/17 copies of documents and information and also provided them in full.

The requests were made in accordance with the National Agency a report, in outlining the facts, indicating the possible signs of violations by employees of the NABU legislation in the area of non-compliance with the requirements of article 28 of the law of Ukraine on prevention of corruption to prevent and resolve conflicts of interest. Namely, the provision of Sytnyk power of attorney for representation of employees of the legal Department of the NAB.

Director NABOO committed an administrative offence responsibility for which is stipulated by part one of article 188-46 – failure to comply with legal requirements (regulations) of the National Agency for prevention of corruption code of Ukraine on administrative offences. Failure to comply with these provisions entails a fine ranging from 100до 250 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens.

Earlier it was reported that the Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office saw in the public squabbles of the leaders of NABOO and NACP personal conflict. In particular, SAP bolaget that the Director of the Bureau Sytnyk can settle scores with the head of the national Agency Natalia Korchak.
