Ukraine and Norway have begun a formal dialogue to exchange experiences and deepen bilateral cooperation. The corresponding statement of the parties made at the meeting in Oslo the Vice-Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine Ivanna klympush-Tsintsadze, and the Norwegian Minister for European Union and European economic area Frank Bakke-EnCana, the press service of the Ukrainian Vice-Premier.

In a joint statement, the parties noted that the purpose of the dialogue exchange and development of knowledge about how countries that are not members of the EU, can participate and contribute to European integration.

Norway will share their experience with Ukraine on participation in the European economic area, European free trade Association, the Schengen area and other European bodies.

The dialogue will help to develop bilateral trade and business opportunities.

The basis for the discussion was the Declaration on partnership between Ukraine and Noreia, which was signed by President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko in October 2016.

In the dialogue, Ukraine has pledged to implement legal and political reforms to ensure a more stable trade and business.
